These natural abodes featured massive rooms, stalagmite furniture, natural marble floors and granite baths. With each loft a unique creation, residents enhanced their individual spaces with custom hieroglyphics. Large and odiferous neighbors sometimes forced early loft dwellers to move on sooner than planned.
